Welcome to SmartAssess, a product owned and operated by Cognity AI LLP ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our mobile application ("App") and related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By accessing or using SmartAssess, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

SmartAssess provides AI-based audio and video interview experiences for candidate evaluation, learning, and improvement. The service may include automated assessments, feedback, and AI-generated insights.

- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not misuse or attempt to interfere with the App's functionality.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, algorithms, and AI systems used in SmartAssess are owned by Cognity AI LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent.
6. Use of AI Technology
SmartAssess uses AI and machine learning models to analyze user responses and generate assessments. User-submitted data (including audio, video, and text) may be used in aggregated and anonymized form to improve our AI models.
7. Data Usage and Consent
By using SmartAssess, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personally identifiable information to third parties.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or disruptive behavior.

SmartAssess provides AI-based insights and interview experiences for educational or assessment purposes only. Cognity AI LLP does not guarantee selection outcomes or hiring results.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cognity AI LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in-app and are effective upon posting. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
